Pastor Jim Faulks is a Certified Lay Minister and is working towards getting his Local License.  He is a graduate of SUNY Polytechnic Institute (formally known as SUNY IT) where he earned his bachelor’s in science with a major in Computer Technology.  He also earned his master’s in special education at the State University of NY at Oswego.  He is now retired from teaching at the BOCES both in Norwich and at Verona where he taught Computer Technology.  He is also a retired Police Officer from the Village of Hamilton and Madison County Sheriff’s Department.

Pastor Jim loves music and loves to share his music by playing guitar in Praise to the Lord.  He is a true believer in God and is not afraid to share that love with anyone that will listen.  He has shared this love of God with his wife, Pastor Joelle Faulks, who is the minister at both Herkimer and Morningstar in Ilion and Frankfort.  Together they have tried to build a true Christian Ministry to those who are hurting.
